Sulforaphane is a compound found in cruciferous vegetables such as kale, broccoli and cabbage. Sulforaphane is proven to keep you looking younger. It is an effective antioxidant, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory. Just a tip though, must be eaten raw and broccoli sprouts are one of the best!
